In short: we build patio covers, pergolas and outdoor living spaces that tie into the roofline and materials of your home, with fans, heaters, lighting and TV wiring planned in.
Patio covers
A good patio cover looks like it came with the house. We match roof pitch, shingles or metal, trim and column materials to the home, and finish the ceiling in stained wood, painted beadboard or exposed beams. Covers are permitted and tied into the house properly so they handle wind and drain correctly.
- Gable and hip covers attached to the house or freestanding near the pool.
- Wood ceilings and exposed beams, with recessed lighting.
- Ceiling fans and infrared heaters so the space works in July and January.
- TV and audio wiring run before the ceiling closes.
Decking and lounge spaces
Decking sets the tone for the whole yard. We build with natural stone, travertine, porcelain pavers and finished concrete, and design lounge areas, fire features and turf-and-paver patterns that connect the pool to the house.
Fire features
Fire pits, fire tables and fireplaces make the backyard usable well into the evening and through the winter. They're plumbed for gas and placed for wind, sightlines and safe distance from the cover.

Questions
Does a patio cover need a permit?
In most DFW cities, yes. We prepare the drawings, handle any HOA approval and pull the permit.
Can a patio cover match my existing roof?
Yes. We match pitch, roofing material and trim so the cover looks original to the home.
Can you add heaters and fans?
Yes. Fans, infrared heaters, lighting and TV wiring are planned and wired before the ceiling is finished.
